At WBS Henderson, we endeavour to make it easy to get your timber and building supplies where and when you need them - fast, reliable, and hassle-free. Whether you’re a seasoned tradie running a job site or a DIY’er taking on a weekend project, we’re here to help with delivery solutions that work.


When We Deliver

We deliver  Monday to Saturday*, with deliveries starting as early as  7:00am. Delivery slots are limited, and while we do our best to accommodate your preferred time, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. (*excludes some Public Holidays)

Delivery Driver Extraordinaire - 2017


Rod's the bloke behind the wheel at WBS Henderson, piloting either our big tipper or the small truck - depending on how tight your driveway is or the timber you need delivered. He is a master at navigating gnarly accessways, steep sections, and those spots you would swear only a wheelbarrow could get to.

Rugby nut (supports Crusaders ... we are still processing that one), part-time whisky critic, and full time proud grandad to his favourite little side kick.

If your timber arrived like it knew exactly where to go, thank Rod and his reversing wizardry - the legend that is Rod.

We offer FREE delivery on eligible orders to make your experience even smoother:

  • Orders over $950 (incl. GST)  and;

  • Delivery address within 7km of our Henderson yard

Our Delivery Trucks

We operate two sizes with our tipper trucks:

WBS Henderson Large tipper truck

Large Tipper Truck

Ideal for big jobs and bulk deliveries of timber, fencing materials, and aggregates. This truck handles high-volume loads and is suited for large-scale building sites or rural deliveries.

  • 3 metres wide / 8.5 metres long

  • 6 metres high when tipping

  • 15 metres long when tipping

WBS Henderson Small tipper truck

Small Tipper Truck

Great for tighter urban areas or smaller loads. It’s perfect for backyard DIY projects or when space is limited for truck access.

  • 2.5 metres wide / 5.5 metres long

  • 4 metres high when tipping

  • 11 metres long when tipping

Free Courtesy Trailers

If you are local and prefer to pick up your order yourself, we have got you covered. We offer free courtesy trailers to help you get your purchase home safely and conveniently.

  • Available for timber, landscaping materials, and other building supplies

  • Selected trailers can extend out to manage those 6m lengths in one go.

  • No booking fee — just bring your current driver's licence

  • Perfect for same-day pick-ups or when you want to skip the delivery queue

Trailers cannot be booked and are treated solely on a first come bases. We definitely recommend getting in early on Saturdays.

Delivery Requirements & Information

So that we can cater to your requirements, it is imperative that you advise staff at the time of order that access is clear and level for our trucks to enter your site safely and tip.

Please advise on any potential hazard that maybe encountered, such as; Overhead obstacles (power lines, trees), Protruding objects (buildings, bushes, trees, gates), Steep or Challenging driveways (soft, loose base - our trucks are not 4x4's) or any newly laid concrete laid within the last 6 months.

We do NOT unload timber by hand

  • All timber is unloaded via tipping.

Bagged and panel products

  • These are hand unloaded. Depending on quantities and product we may require you to have 2-3 abled bodied folks onsite to assist driver.

Safe access is essential

  • Our drivers reserve the right to decline a delivery if access is unsafe. This includes steep drive ways, unstable ground, overgrown vegetation, or low hanging power lines.

Onsite delivery

  • Unless arranged otherwise, deliveries will be made onsite to your required spot or as close to the site as possible.

Clear instructions

  • If you have specific drop off instructions (e.g. back of section, side of driveway), let us know when placing your order. We may not be able to fulfill changes at the time of delivery.

Be present if possible

  • We recommend someone is on-site to accept the delivery, especially if it's your first one. It helps ensure we unload where you want and avoids any confusion.

Timing and availability

  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday from 7am, but availability is limited and exact delivery times are not guaranteed.


Unfortunately, should our driver arrive and is unable to access your property safely, we will either drop roadside where possible or we will return to the yard with your delivery and alternative arrangements would need to be made at additional cost to yourself.

WBS Henderson accepts no liability for damage to property due to misinformation given regarding delivery access.

Any tow fees incurred for incorrect access information given will be at the purchasers' expense (e.g. Truck gets stuck)
