Customers can join the Build Bucks Loyalty Programme in two simple ways.

In store at WBS Henderson
Customers can sign up by filling out a short and simple application form at the trade counter. Staff will set up the account and link it to the customer’s name, business name, or phone number. -
Online via the website
Customers can also join by completing the registration form on the Build Bucks Loyalty Programme page. Once submitted, the account will be created or activated by the WBS Henderson team.
Once registered, all eligible purchases will automatically start earning Build Bucks.
Customers earn Build Bucks based on their total spend.
- Earn rate: 1 Build Buck for every $4 NZD spent
- Applies to: all products sold by WBS Henderson
- Includes: clearance items, standard stock, and trade specials (unless otherwise stated)
Build Bucks are calculated on the final purchase value of eligible goods.
You can start using their Build Bucks from your very first eligible purchase.
There is no minimum points threshold required to redeem store credit.
As Build Bucks accumulate, the available store credit balance grows automatically and can be used at any time toward future purchases at WBS Henderson.
Example:
- 100 Build Bucks = $10 store credit
- 500 Build Bucks = $50 store credit
- 2,000 Build Bucks = $200 store credit
Customers may continue saving their balance or redeem part or all of it whenever they choose.
Yes. You can redeem any amount of available Build Bucks store credit at any time.
Partial redemption is fully supported.
Example:
- Customer has 850 Build Bucks = $85 store credit
- Customer uses $20 store credit
- Remaining balance becomes 650 Build Bucks = $65 store credit
Customers can choose to:
- use a small amount,
- use their full balance,
- or continue saving Build Bucks for future purchases.
No. Build Bucks do not expire.
- Your Build Bucks balance remains on your account until redeemed
- There is currently no expiry period on earned Build Bucks
- WBS Henderson may review or update the programme terms in the future if required
- Customers can continue building and using their balance over time subject to the Build Bucks Terms & Conditions
No. Build Bucks cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Build Bucks are strictly store credit
- They can only be used at WBS Henderson
- They have no cash value outside of store purchases
- They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted into money
Yes. Businesses are strongly encouraged to join the Build Bucks programme.

- Accounts can be linked to business names, staff, or purchasing accounts
- Helps businesses reduce material costs over time through store credit rewards
- Designed specifically for repeat trade purchasing patterns
Currently, Build Bucks are only earned on in-store purchases and manually processed orders.
- In-store purchases: eligible for Build Bucks earning
- Manual/phone/email orders: eligible if processed through WBS Henderson staff
- Online store: not yet active for automatic Build Bucks earning
Once the online shopping system is fully implemented, Build Bucks earning will be extended to online purchases.
