Definitions

  1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
  • Build Bucks refers to loyalty points issued by WBS Henderson Limited under the Build Bucks programme.
  • Store Credit refers to redeemable value generated from Build Bucks at the rate of 2,000 Build Bucks = $200 NZD.
  • Participant means the individual or business account holder enrolled in the Build Bucks programme.

Accuracy of Information

2. The Participant warrants to WBS Henderson Limited that all information provided in relation to the Build Bucks loyalty programme is true, correct, and complete. The Participant confirms that any nominated person authorised to operate the account or receive rewards is properly authorised to do so.

Earning Build Bucks

  • Participants earn 1 Build Buck for every $4 NZD spent at WBS Henderson Limited.
  • Build Bucks are earned on all eligible purchases, including standard and clearance items.
  • When Store Credit is used, Build Bucks are earned only on the net amount paid after Store Credit is applied.

Redemption of Build Bucks / Store Credit

  • Build Bucks convert to Store Credit at a rate of 2,000 Build Bucks = $200 NZD.
  • Store Credit may only be redeemed when the Participant’s balance is 2,000 Build Bucks or more.
  • Once the threshold is met, the Participant may redeem any amount of Store Credit up to their available balance.
  • Redemption will deduct Build Bucks proportionally from the Participant’s account.
  • If redemption reduces the balance below 2,000 Build Bucks, the Participant must re-accumulate at least 2,000 Build Bucks before further redemption is permitted.

Issuing of Rewards and Liability

5. The Participant acknowledges that any Build Bucks or Store Credit applied will be deemed issued at the time of processing by WBS Henderson Limited. Once issued or applied, WBS Henderson Limited accepts no further liability in relation to those rewards or credits.

Expiry and Forfeiture

  • All Build Bucks and associated Store Credit expire 12 months from the date they are earned or issued if not used.
  • Build Bucks may also be forfeited where an account is overdue or not paid in accordance with agreed trading terms.

Marketing Consent

7.

By joining the Build Bucks programme, the Participant agrees to receive marketing and promotional communications via electronic means. The Participant may opt out at any time by emailing sales@wbshenderson.co.nz. Records will be updated accordingly.

Tax Responsibility

8. The Participant accepts full responsibility for any tax obligations arising from the receipt or use of Build Bucks or Store Credit, whether applicable to themselves or any third party. The Participant agrees to indemnify WBS Henderson Limited against any related claims, liabilities, or costs.

Programme Changes

9. WBS Henderson Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Build Bucks loyalty programme at any time without notice and without liability to the Participant or any other party.
