Joist Hangers are engineered metal connectors designed to create strong, rigid joints between timber members meeting at 90 degrees. Commonly used for truss or joist to beam connections, and rafter to bearer fixings, joist hangers provide reliable structural support where accurate load transfer and strength are critical. They are ideal for residential and light commercial framing applications.

At WBS Henderson, we stock a comprehensive range of joist hangers to suit gauged timber sizes, including 47 x 90 for 47mm wide timber up to 150mm deep, 47 x 120 for timber up to 200mm deep, and 47 x 190 for deeper sections up to 300mm. We also carry 70 x 180 joist hangers for gauged 69mm wide timber, and 95 x 165 options suitable for 94mm wide timber or double joists and trusses. Joist hangers in 52mm widths are also available for rough sawn timber.
