Elephant AquaSmart Plasterboard is a high-density plasterboard with an enhanced moisture-resistant core, specifically designed for wet area applications. Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, and other high-humidity environments, EPB AquaSmart is formulated to resist the effects of moisture and humidity while providing a strong, reliable lining. Manufactured for New Zealand conditions, it meets the requirements of AS/NZS 2588 and is suitable for use in both residential and light commercial builds.
At WBS Henderson, EPB AquaSmart is available via special order in 10mm and 13mm thicknesses, including TE/SE edge profiles. The enhanced moisture-resistant core delivers superior performance in wet areas and provides an ideal wall substrate for waterproof membranes, shower linings, and ceramic tiles.
