Featuring an extra fire-resistant core, EPB FireSmart provides increased protection when subjected to direct fire exposure, helping to improve fire resistance ratings in residential and light commercial construction. Manufactured specifically for New Zealand conditions, it meets the requirements of AS/NZS 2588 and is suitable for compliance-focused builds.
At WBS Henderson, EPB FireSmart is available via special order in 10mm, 13mm, and 16mm thicknesses. These boards are commonly specified where enhanced fire performance is required for internal walls and ceilings.
